With 18 years experience as an law enforcement officer specializing in traffic crash investigation, he has investigated hundreds of passenger vehicle and motorcycle crashes ranging from vehicle rollovers and minor fender benders to complex multi-vehicle crashes involving multiple fatalities.
Since becoming an Accident Reconstruction Specialist in 2002, Troy Rempfer has taken several advanced accident related training classes from IPTM (Institute of Police Technology and Management, University of North Florida) and is a current member of MATAI (Midwest Association of Technical Accident Investigators).
He has also earned an Associates degree in Automotive Technology and worked as an automotive repair technician in Ford and Chrysler / Jeep dealerships prior to starting his career in law enforcement and also has continued working in the automotive field as a hobby, giving him many years of experience in the automotive repair industry.
